1. How does the free first visit work?

Our free first visit is our way of saying thank you for giving us a try! When you book any recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), your first cleanup is completely free. No strings attached, no commitment required.

2. Do I need to be home during the service?

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, you don’t need to be home. We’ll even send you a text notification an hour before we arrive, so you’re always in the loop.

3. Do you require a contract?

No contracts here! You’re free to start or stop your service whenever you like. We want you to stick with us because you love our service, not because you’re locked in.

4. What areas do you service?

We currently service North Buffalo and Amherst area. Not sure if you’re in our service zone? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to confirm!

5. How do you handle waste disposal?

We dispose of all waste in an environmentally-friendly way. Our goal is to keep your yard clean while minimizing our environmental impact.

6. What if my dog is outside during the service?

No problem! We’re happy to work around pets in the yard. If your dog prefers not to have company, let us know, and we’ll arrange a time that works best for everyone.

7. Can I change my service frequency?

Absolutely! You can switch between weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services at any time. Just let us know, and we’ll make the adjustment.

8. What if I need to reschedule or cancel a visit?

Life happens! Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or skip a visit, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.

9. How do I pay for services?

We accept all major credit cards and offer a secure, easy payment process through our website. For recurring services, payments will be processed automatically for your convenience.

10. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

We stand by our quality and customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know right away. We’ll work with you to make it right – guaranteed!

11. Do you offer winter service?

Yes! During the winter, we can clear a small area of snow for your pet’s comfort, ensuring they have a designated spot, even in snowy weather.
